The tenant states that he fully understands the function of the equipment being rented. The lessee is fully responsible for understanding the order and technical production of the equipment being rented. The tenant declares himself capable of taking good care of the equipment rented and if there is a work accident / unwanted things he can fully replace the damage / loss of the equipment that is rented. Tenants are able to pay bill payments on time. The lessee is able not to “transfer” the equipment to another party. Nard Rental has the right to cancel the rental equipment order at any time due to internal reasons.
